Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you. When you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Additionally, potential clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. In order for me to better serve you and others I expect clients to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • Clients must provide at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Sessions canceled without proper notice will be forfeited and counted as a completed session.
  • Late arrivals will reduce the length of your session; appointments will end at the scheduled time and cannot extend into the next client’s session.
  • No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for missed, canceled, or partially completed sessions.


It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of my control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or me to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply. LIVFIT TRAINING, LLC stands by these policies. I feel that it is only fair that I honor the same policies to our clients. If I have to cancel a client with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment scheduled, I will honor the same policy and your next appointment will be free of charge.
